How to request Container Inspection through Customer Hub
PROCEDURE:
- Log in to the portal by visiting MICT Terminal Request | MICT Customer Hub, then select General Entry Pass
2. In the Reason field, select Container Inspection
Then fill in all required details and click Continue:
· Container number:
· Company Name:
· Expected Date and Time (Daytime only):
- Enter a valid and active email address, complete the CAPTCHA, and select the check box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address.
NOTE: Email OTP is valid only for 10 minutes.
- A summary of the request will appear, review all details carefully. If the information is correct, click Submit Request.
NOTE: Take note of the reference number, an email confirmation will be sent.
- Once the request has been approved or rejected, a notification will be sent via email.
NOTES:
