1.     Log in to the portal by visiting https://ckh.mict.com.ph/MICTTerminalRequest then select Driver Exit Pass

2.     Fill in the required information listed below and click Continue:

·        Container Number:

·        Truck Plate:

·        Driver’s License Number:

·        Area of Activity:

·        Reason:

NOTE: Trucking Company and Driver’s Name will be automatically populated.

3.     Enter a valid and active email address, complete the CAPTCHA, and tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. An OTP will be sent via email

NOTE: Email OTP is valid only for 10 minutes.

4.     A summary of the request will appear, review all details carefully. If the information is correct, click Submit Request.

NOTE: Take note of the reference number, an email confirmation will be sent.

5.     Once the request has been approved or rejected a notification will be sent via email.

REMINDER: Requests for driver exit pass are not permitted in the following scenarios:

·        A truck carrying an import reefer container/s.

·        A truck carrying a damaged container/s.

·        A truck carrying a container with an expired gatepass.

·        A broken-down truck

·        A truck carrying an import container with no seal or a damaged seal
