How to check if your Truck is allowed to transact in MICT

To check whether your truck is allowed to transact at MICT or if your truck is currently banned, you may request a status verification through Customer Care and follow the required steps to resolve any restrictions before transacting.

 

PROCEDURE: 

          1.     To check the truck’s status, send an email to customercare@ictsi.com with the following details:

    ·        Truck Plate Number

    ·        Trucking Company 

 

          Our Customer Care Team will verify your truck’s record internally and provide you with an update.

 

          2.     Once verified, you will receive an update through email regarding your truck’s status:

a.     If your truck is allowed to transact, you will be informed that it can enter MICT.

b.     If your truck is temporarily on hold or banned due to pending concerns, such as fines or holds, you will receive specific instructions on how to resolve the issue before transacting.

 

          3.     If the restriction is due to an Unauthorized Entry Fine (UEF), follow the instructions to  know How to generate SSR for unauthorized entry fine (UEF) through the ACTS.

 

    NOTE: Once payment is completed, you may proceed with creating the Truck Manifest using the truck plate number. If an error persists after payment, email a copy of your Official Receipt (e-OR) to customercare@ictsi.com for further validation.

 

          4.     In some cases, a truck may be restricted for other reasons. If this occurs, Customer Care Team will inform you of the specific reason for banning. Possible reasons may include:

  ·        Pending LOLO payment

    o   For guidance on how to settle this, please refer to the ACTS Special Service Request User Guide

  ·        Temporarily hold by the Safety or Security Office to get the statement from the driver or issuance of a violation ticket

  ·        Temporarily hold by Claims Team

  ·        If the restriction is due to truck plate issues such as Double Truck Plate Number, No Truck Plate, and Truck Plate is not readable please submit a photo of the corrected truck plate marking to customercare@ictsi.com for validation.
