How to retrieve EIR copies in the ICTSI App

In line with our goal of goal of gradually integrating our online customer platforms, copies of EIR is now downloadable via the ICTSI App (web).

There are 3 easy steps to retrieving your EIR copies: 

  1. Log in to  https://my.ictsi.com/. You may register for an account if you don’t already have one.
  2. Subscribe as a Truck Operator. 
  3. Get a copy of EIR from a web browser on your laptop or mobile phone.

Important Reminders:  

·       Please ensure to use the correct email address you used to register in the old EIR Portal or in TAPPPS (https://tappps.ppa.com.ph/) when registering for an account.

·       ONLY TRUCKERS can download/retrieve a copy of EIR in ICTSI App.
