How to retrieve EIR copies in the ICTSI Radar
As part of our continuous efforts to integrate and improve our online customer platforms, copies of your EIR may now be conveniently downloaded through the ICTSI Radar.
Retrieving your EIR copy is quick and easy in just 3 steps
1. Login to ICTSI Radar. You may register for an account if you don’t already have one.
2. From the Radar homepage
a. Click the Search icon
b. Enter your Truck Plate Number
c. Select the desired transaction. The system will display the transaction details, including milestones and truck history.
3. Click the Download button to retrieve a copy of your EIR using your mobile phone or through a web browser on your laptop or desktop computer.

Important Reminders:
· For faster approval processing, please ensure that the email address indicated on your TAPPP certificate is the same email used when registering on ICTSI Radar.
· ONLY TRUCKERS can download/retrieve a copy of EIR in ICTSI Radar.
· Copies of the EIR are only available within 180 days from the date of the transaction. We recommend downloading EIR copies as soon as they are available.
