How to check if your Driver is allowed to transact in MICT
How to check if your Driver is allowed to transact in MICT
To check whether a driver is authorized to transact at Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) and outlines the next steps based on the driver’s status.
PROCEDURE:
To check the driver’s status, you must first subscribe as Trucker Persona in ICTSI Radar. Once your subscription is approved, follow the steps below:
1. Check the status of your driver via My Fleet in the ICTSI Radar web version.
a. Login to your ICTSI Radar account
b. Choose My Fleet from the left-hand menu
c. View whether your trucks’ or drivers’ status displays the following:
o Active – The driver can transact in terminal.
o Banned – The driver is temporarily prohibited from transacting at the terminal until requirements for ban lifting are met.
o Expired – The driver is temporarily prohibited from transacting at the terminal due to expired driver's license registration.
2. Banned drivers are required to attend a safety reorientation and complete their ban period before the ban can be lifted. Drivers may begin the safety reorientation process by registering through the Driver Orientation Portal. You may refer to Driver Orientation Portal - Pag-gawa ng Account for the step-by-step guide.
2.1. Once registration is completed, the application will be automatically approved, and you may proceed to complete the safety orientation.
