How to check if your Driver is allowed to transact in MICT

To check whether a driver is authorized to transact at Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) and outlines the next steps based on the driver’s status.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

          1.     To check the driver’s status, send an email to customercare@ictsi.com with the following details:

·        Driver’s Name

·        Driver’s License Number

·        Trucking Company

·        Trucking Organization 

 

          Customer Care Team will check the record internally and provide you with an update on your driver’s status.

 

          2.     Once verified, you will receive an update through email regarding the driver’s current status:

 

a.     If the driver’s status is valid, the driver may continue to transact at MICT.

b.     If the registration has expired or has a pending biometric, driver should proceed to the nearest PRLI MANILA C4 Road, Brgy. Tugatog, Malabon,

Manila 1470

c.      If the driver is banned or suspended, you will receive instructions on how to lift the sanction or register for the required safety orientation.

 

          3.     For drivers who are required to attend the safety orientation, please register through the Driver Orientation Portal. You may refer to Driver Orientation Portal - Pag-gawa ng Account for step-by-step guide.

 

     NOTE: The Driver Orientation Portal is available to all trucking organizations with drivers who are banned.

          4.     Once registration is completed, the application will be automatically approved, and you may proceed to complete the safety orientation.
