If your driver has requested an exit pass and now needs to enter the terminal again due to below reasons:
·The driver is required to report to HSE or Security office
·Re-entry for stripping or pull out of an OOG container
·Re-entry to pull out a container upon lifting of BOC hold
or if your replacement driver needs to enter the terminal (change driver request), below are the steps to follow in order to request a driver entry pass.
1.Email below details to customercare@ictsi.com with the subject Driver Entry Pass Request.

NOTE: Driver entry pass requests are subject to validation and approval.
2.You will receive an email confirming the approval of your request. Upon receipt, kindly advise your driver to proceed to the TID office.
