How to request a driver entry pass
1. Log in to the portal by visiting https://ckh.mict.com.ph/MICTTerminalRequest then select Driver Entry Pass
2. If your driver has requested an exit pass and now needs to enter the terminal again or if your replacement driver needs to enter the terminal below are the steps to follow in order to request a driver’s entry pass.
Fill in the required information listed below and click Continue:

· Truck Plate:
· Driver’s License Number:
· Area of Activity:
· Reason:
NOTE: Trucking Company and Driver’s Name will be automatically populated
3. Enter a valid and active email address, complete the CAPTCHA, and tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. An OTP will be sent via email.
NOTE: Email OTP is valid only for 10 minutes.
4. A summary of the request will appear, review all details carefully. If the information is correct, click Submit Request.
NOTE: Take note of the reference number, an email confirmation will be sent.
5. Once the request has been approved or rejected a notification will be sent via email.
NOTE: Driver entry pass requests are subject to validation and approval.
