How to request Mechanic entry through Customer Hub

PROCEDURE: 

 

  1.    Log in to the portal by visiting MICT Terminal Request | MICT Customer Hub, then select General Entry Pass 

 

 

      2.     In the Reason field, select Mechanic Entry

           

            Then fill in all required details and click Continue: 

·        Crew Name (Maximum of 2 allowed)

·        List of Tools

·        Vehicle Plate Number (If applicable)

 

    3.   Enter a valid and active email address, complete the CAPTCHA, and tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. An OTP will be sent via email 

NOTE: Email OTP is valid only for 10 minutes.  

 

    4.   A summary of the request will appear. Review all details carefully, and if the information is correct, click Submit Request.  

NOTE: Take note of the reference number from the email confirmation that will be sent. 

 

    5Once the request has been approved or rejected a notification will be sent via email. 

 

NOTES:

·        Mechanic entry requests are subject to validation and approval.

·        Personnel must wear complete PPE, present valid company and government-issued IDs, and strictly comply with all MICT and PPA Entry Protocols and Requirements. For your reference, please see the PPA Entry Protocols and Requirements (Matrix and FAQs)
