How to request eTracc Removal - Container mounted to Truck

PROCEDURE: 

 

  1.   Log in to the portal by visiting MICT Terminal Request | MICT Customer Hub, then select General Entry Pass 

           

     2.     In the Reason field, select eTracc Removal

           3.     In the Removal type option, choose Container mounted to Truck

           

           Then fill in all required details and click Continue: 

·        Container number:

·        Representative's Name & Designation (up to 2):

·        Expected Date and Time:

·        Location:

 

  1. Enter a valid and active email address, complete the CAPTCHA, and select the check box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address.

NOTE: Email OTP is valid only for 10 minutes.  

 

  1. A summary of the request will appear. Review all details carefully, and if the information is correct, click Submit Request.  

NOTE: Take note of the reference number from the email confirmation that will be sent. 

  

  1. Once the request has been approved or rejected a notification will be sent via email. 

NOTES:

·        eTracc Removal requests are subject to validation and approval.

·        Ensure all information provided is complete and accurate before submission.

·        Personnel must wear complete PPE, present valid company and government-issued IDs, and strictly comply with all MICT and PPA Entry Protocols and Requirements. For your reference, please see the PPA Entry Protocols and Requirements (Matrix and FAQs)
