·BIR Form 2307
·Securities and Exchange Commission’s Certificate (SEC)
·Signed Request Letter on Company Letterhead
·Valid Company and Government-issued ID
Await Confirmation and Approval
2.An email notification regarding the status of your request will be sent by customercare@ictsi.com within three (3) business days after review and approval.
