Export container “Not Ready” on TABS
- If your export container status in TABS is showing “Not Ready”, please check the following requirements and verification steps.
NOTE: Export Containers (FCL or Empty) will only become ready for booking once preadvise has been created and the container status is already INBOUND.
How to check if the container is in inbound and has pre-advise:
· Go to ICTSI Radar, click the search icon on the home screen and input the container number.
· Locate the container with an INBOUND status, this indicates that a valid pre-advised has already been created.
2. If the requirements are already fulfilled and still showing “Not Ready” status on TABS, please send an email including the container number to customercare@ictsi.com.
