1. If the status of your export container  is showing “Not Ready” in TABS.

       NOTE: Export Containers (FCL or Empty) will only be ready for booking if the status is INBOUND and has valid pre-advise.

       How to check if the container is still inbound and has pre-advise:

·       Go to ICTSI App, hover TRACK & TRACE then click on CONTAINER TRACKING.

·    Input the container number or and select MICT – Manila Internal Container Terminal. Once done, click on TRACK CONTAINER then the container number.

·       If there’s no event time to MOVED TO YARD, it means that the export container is still inbound and has valid pre-advise.  

     NOTE: If you encounter that there’s no event time to MOVED TO YARD but it has truck gate in time; the booking will still show as NOT READY.

2. If the requirements are already fulfilled and still showing “Not Ready” status on TABS, please send an email including the container number to customercare@ictsi.com.
