If you encounter an error while creating a Truck Manifest in TABS, follow the steps below to identify the cause and resolve the issue before truck gate-in.
PROCEDURE
1. Review the Error Message and Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter an error during truck manifest submission, please first review the exact error message displayed and refer to the troubleshooting guide provided in the link below for guidance:

Common Truck Manifest Error Messages and Resolution
INVALID – Truck is either Banned or not registered in the terminal
· This means the truck is temporarily restricted or unregistered.
INVALID – Truck PTO is expired” or “Truck has no valid PTO
· The truck’s Permit to Operate (PTO) may have expired.
INVALID – Trucking Company mismatched
· This means that the driver and truck belong to different trucking companies.
Please enter Truck Plate
· Ensure that the correct and valid truck plate is entered before re-submitting the manifest.
Invalid – Truck is currently suspended due to pending UEF settlement
· This means the truck entered the terminal without a valid transaction.
· To settle UEF, follow the instructions to know How to generate SSR for unauthorized entry fine (UEF) through the ACTS.
· Once payment has been made, you may proceed to resubmit your manifest.
To register a truck, driver and trucking company in MICT coordinate with MICT Pass Support for assistance for all other truck organization, except ACTOO.
NOTE: ACTOO members should coordinate directly with ACTOO for registration.
3. Report the Issue to Customer Care if the issue persists
If you have already completed the troubleshooting steps on your end and the issue persists, please send an email to customercare@ictsi.com with the following details for further checking:
o Manifest ID
o Container Number
o Truck Plate Number
o Screenshot of the error message
Our Customer Care Team will review your concern and coordinate internally to determine the cause of the issue. You will be advised of the next steps based on the result of the checking.
