Gatepass Errors in Truck Manifesting

Below is a list of Gatepass errors you might encounter when submitting a Truck Manifest:

This error means that the inputted gatepass number is incorrect or is not available in the MICT system.

What to do:

1.    Get the gatepass number from your gatepass downloaded from ACTS.

2.    Create a manifest again using the correct gatepass number.


This error means that the storage payment for your container has lapsed or is not updated in the MICT system.

What to do:

Go to Computation Inquiry (mict.com.ph) then check the storage date validity of your container.

1.    If VALID, cancel your existing manifest then create a new one.

2.    If NOT VALID, pay the appropriate additional storage charges via ACTS.

NOTES:

·  Your storage payment is considered valid if the storage of your container is paid for until the day of your TABS booking appointment or later.

For example, if your booking appointment date is August 8, the Storage Date that should be seen on the MICT Computation Inquiry page should also be August 8 or later.
