3.Click on ADD/EDIT CUSTOMER on the lower part of the screen.
4.Input the Company TIN you wish to edit in the ACTS Database then click on EDIT CUSTOMER.
NOTE: If the inputted company TIN has no record in the system, you will be redirected to a page where you can add customer details. Please click HERE to learn more about how to add customer details in ACTS.
5.Fill in the customer details for updating.
Attachments for uploading:
·BIR Registered Company – the TIN in the BIR 2303 to be uploaded should match the TIN inputted previously when the customer profile was created
·Customer with Business Style – attach the BIR 2303
Attach Other Files: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate and a Letter of Request
6.After uploading the requirements, click on SAVE.
NOTE: You will receive an email with the status of your request after necessary review and approval.
