How to update your contact information in ACTS for multi-factor authentication (MFA)

PROCEDURE:

        1.    Login to your ACTS account at https://acts.ictsi.com/account/login.

             

       2. Hover to ACCOUNT SETTINGS, then click VIEW PROFILE.

                

       3. Click on EDIT PROFILE.

             

        4. Update your contact information as needed, then click on SAVE.

NOTES:

           ·       Users accessing the system through someone else’s account should create their own account for security purposes.

           ·       Shared accounts should be replaced with individual sub-accounts to ensure proper access management. Click HERE to know how to add sub-user accounts.

           ·       A mobile number may be used or shared by multiple users, but each user must have a unique email address.
